OEM Needle Part Numbers: ST-3, ST-4, ST-5, ST-6, ST-12, ST-14, ST-15, ST-18 (single tip), ST-19 (single tip), ST-22 (single tip); ST-23 (single tip)

Comments:
Exact replacement single tip version has "T" shape (no flip handle) - 273-S7 and 273-D7
With metal cantilever - can replace all plastic Pfanstiehl 272 and 813 Sonotone needles.
All 273 needles will fit in all cartridges specified.
